And that's how we know that the vast majority of you all live in the Northern Hemisphere - mainly in the North American continent or Europe.

So, for most of you, it's coming on to winter - and there's quite a bad one in prospect too, according to all the forecasts we've seen.

So just to cheer you - and us - up, this week we're taking another trip to visit some of our young friends in San Juan, Costa Rica.

Now, it's true that Costa Rica lies well and truly north of the Equator too.

But it's "winter" is nothing like the ones that most of us are used to.

In the Central Valley of Costa Rica, where the capital
San Jose is located, temperatures average around
78-80 each day with low-moderate humidity. The
valley is several thousand feet above sea level which
accounts for the wonderfully moderate temps! The
sun shines nearly every day, even in the Green
(rainy) Season. The capital San Jose may well have
the best climate in the world.

Doesn't that sound fantastic?
