Kaleb

When tasty German boy Kaleb was making arrangements for his photoshoot, he was quite definite about where he wanted it to take place.

It's a piece of land, right in the middle of the Bavarian countryside, and it turns out that it actually belongs to Kaleb himself.

"My grandfather left it to me in his will", he tells us. 

"Right now it's just an overgrown bare plot, but I've always loved the countryside around here so grandpa left it to me so that one day I could build a house right on this spot."

Of course, if grandfather had known the lifestyle that his favourite grandson would be likely to lead on the property, he'd probably have written Kaleb out of his will completely...

"I guess that he thought I'd be raising a family here", our boy tells us.

"But let's just say that my preferences don't go in that direction."

Of course, Bavaria is probably the most conservative area in the whole of Germany, so handsome Kaleb's going to have to be very careful to maintain his privacy.  Luckily, though, the nearest neighbour is a mile or so away, so even the wildest parties ought to go unnoticed.

"It's all still a long way off in time, though", he says.

"All the undergrowth's got to be cleared away, the ground needs to be levelled and then there's the building to be done.

"What with the cost of all of that, I really can't see myself getting settled here for at least another five years."

It's a real shame that our photographer didn't get more of the background landscape into his pictures so you could see the place.

But, as Kaleb's kindly given us permission to shoot there whenever we want in return for a small contribution to his building fund, maybe you'll be seeing that patch of soon-to-be-cleared undergrowth again quicker than you think!
