What's on the mind of a typical HMBoy?

Clubbing…

…and sex.

Clothes…

…and sex.

Getting a new hot car…

…and sex.

Finding a new boyfriend…

…and sex.

And sex.

But not Roma!

Sure, he thinks about all those things from time to time (and, in the case of sex, a lot!).

But there's one subject that he thinks about probably more than the rest of the HMBoys all put together (and, incidentally, what a thought that is!)

Politics.

You see, Roma's a boy with a mission.

You're probably guessing that he's heavily into Gay Liberation or something like that.

And, in any other circumstances, he might well be.

But what he's actually into right here and now is "Roma Liberation".

The Roma, you see, is the name that Roma's fellow Slovaks give to their gypsy population - and, in spite of his colouring and looks, that's exactly what Roma is a member of.

In fact, he's so proud of his ethnic origins that Roma's actually adopted the name of his race as his own first name.

"The Roma are despised and harassed in all sorts of ways by the Slovaks", says our Roma (who, budding politician that he is, already speaks in perfectly formed sound bites).

"That's why I've moved to the Czech Republic now and live in Prague.

"But one day I'm going to go back and work on my people's behalf."

Admirable sentiments, Roma!

But, we ask, what are you doing here on the HMBoys site?

"Well", he tells us, "I'm in a foreign land and away from my family and so I need the money.

"But I'm also doing it for the cause.

"Because of what they'll read on your site, thousands more people will know who the Roma are."

We've got to admit that we're not so sure, but we don't tell him that.

Our own feeling is that there's only one Roma, rather than millions of them, that you'll all remember after seeing this.
