That's currently a fashionable thing to be if you're an English lad of Anthony's age - 18.

You can see it in the way he dresses, the way he carries himself and the way he talks.

An Englishman will tell you that the term comes from "scallywag". That's used, particularly in the Liverpool area, to describe someone who's a bit of a rogue.

There's an alternative theory that the word comes from one that used to refer to scrawny animals. That one originated in the village of Scalloway, in the Shetland Islands (off the north coast of Scotland), where the local ponies were particularly short and stunted in growth.

Not so, an American will tell you. The word is actually "scalawag" and dates from just after the Civil War when it was applied to rogues who joined the notorious carpetbaggers in exploiting the defeated South.

Whatever the case, Anthony is proud to be a scallyboy.

And he's obviously not the only one who likes that distinctive image.

Since he first put his picture on the internet, Anthony's been offered plenty of work to show off those distinctive clothes - and, of course, to get them off too!

As he tells us in the short video clip you'll find below, in the past few months he's done both still photography and video shoots - and, in fact, the video featuring his first starring role is due to be released soon (with Anthony on the cover!)
