The boss – as some of you may well be aware – isn’t exactly “vanilla”.

No, he likes his close encounters to be a little on the wild, rough and ready side.

Take a look in his office drawer, for instance.

No pens or pencils, notepads or hole-punchers there.

Just (just?) a leather mask, a pair of handcuffs a length of thick rope and a well-thumbed copy of Bondage Boys’ Cum Feast that’s difficult to read ‘cos so many of the pages are stuck together.

And those special interests explain why, when he came back from a scouting trip to Australia the other day, he was in an especially foul mood.

As we’ve told you before, the boss can be very impulsive. And that causes problems when he gets - as he often does - the wrong end of the (in this case metaphorical) stick.

It turned out that he’s made an extra special detour off his planned route and had gone to Sydney because, when someone told him about Bondi beach, he’d misheard it as “bondage” beach.

So you can imagine how he was when he got back to the office.

“The place was full of flaming queens!” he spluttered.

“Not a real man among ‘em.”

It goes without saying, then, that this weeks Aussie HMBoys, Jessie and Luke, don’t come from Sydney – and certainly not the beach.

But the boss isn’t saying where exactly he found them.

“It’s a boy heaven”, he says.

“So I’m keeping the location secret.”

I have, though, noticed a new item in his office drawer since he came back.

He’s now replaced that dog-eared Bondage Boys’ Cum Feast by a volume of characteristic leathermen art by Tom of Finland.

So on past impulsive performance, then, I think we’ll need to prepare ourselves for an upcoming HMBoy from Helsinki…
